At this time, humanity is becoming more sensitive, more aware—yet also more pressured and fragmented. Communication often arises from inner conflict, duality, and projection, creating disconnection within ourselves and in our relationships. To truly connect, we are called to return to clarity—to become a clear channel for our truth. When our communication is aligned, simple, and sincere, it carries the frequency of trust, presence, and authenticity. From this place, connection becomes natural, and our words become an extension of our inner state.
As the world grows more complex and technology distances us from genuine human connection, the need for conscious, heart-centered communication becomes essential. In this Training we develop skills to assess our communication, develop skills to cultivate more authentic, clear communication in all areas of our life.
This work invites us to listen more deeply, speak more consciously, and embody the essence of what we wish to communicate.
Each day, we will engage in dynamic, powerful kriyas and meditations designed to reconnect us to our inner center and bring awareness to our relational patterns. These practices support emotional balance, strengthen the nervous system, and open the space for authentic expression to arise.

This 8-weekend course is designed to immerse you in the powerful Ancient Vedic Yogic Teachings combined with modern science.

. There are 7 vortexes in Ojai. The vortex frequencies give the environment a high frequency for healing, relaxation and reconnection. Its known to be the city of peace.
I love teaching out of my home, as it provides, not only a human "live" connection, but also, the vibration we share together and the Gong is so much more powerful live than on zoom.
I am
2 blocks from Downtown Ojai. Its lovely to walk to town and eat at one of the many healthy restaurants and markets. I live by car 5 minutes to hiking several hiking trails and 10 minutes to to water pools to cleanse and refresh you after a day of training.
