The Science

I wanted to give a page sharing about all the medical benefits that have been clinically studied. There are Doctors all over the world using this Kundalini Yoga system to their patients and caregivers in Hospitals, Senior centers, War Zones/working with therapists for PTSD for Veterans, Firefighters, Peace Officers. At risk youth, Foster Children. I wanted to give you some of the credentials of the top researchers in the field of mind Body Science, as well as many of the benefits and case studies. There are so many stories of people practicing consistently and never having these issues come back. Its an exciting time as thesepractices are not been well documented for their benefits, we no longer asking you to be a blind believer.
