About Me
I’ve taken a deep dive into the fascinating world of ancient Yogic, Shamanic, and Mystical teachings. I started as a child and have not stopped. I found Kundalini Yoga 35 years ago. I fell in love with the practices and the teachings. As a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and a Teacher Trainer (levels 1, 2, and 3—yes, I have my yoga degree), I’m also a certified Numerologist, Sound Healer, Spiritual counselor. I pop up everywhere—from art museums to studios, to peoples homes, and now Online! . Whether you're a total newbie or a seasoned yogi, my classes are for anyone. Seriously, it brings me joy to shower you with empathy and support as you navigate the rollercoaster of life. I was born and intuitive and empath. After 60 years of tackling life’s curveballs (think: growing up with addicted parents, high-stress career, navigating narcissists), I totally get it. We all have our ups and downs, and our cosmic assignments. I am here to share my tools and experiences to assist you to feel amazing, find your zen, and keep your power. It is my greatest Joy to offer you wisdom, love and support on your journey of transitions and growth.
