Welcome to the transformative journey of Kundalini Yoga Level 1 Teacher Training!
This 8-weekend course is designed to immerse you in the powerful Ancient Vedic Yogic Teachings combined with modern science.
This technology offers you the tools to to raise your frequency. Why do we want to do this? Whenever you elevate your frequency you feel better. Have more mental clarity, feel more connected, are happier and more loving. In order to hold a higher frequency, you need to emotionally regulate, have a strong nervous system, and access to your intuition.
